Key Responsibilities
Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
Document details of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety
Relay critical information to internal and external teams for efficient dispatching
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
