A Bright Beginning Childcare is an established, state licensed center that has been providing quality childcare for more than 20 years! We have a 5-star rating through Guiding Stars of Duval, an accredited association that provides a quality rating improvement system for childcare centers throughout Duval County. It is our mission to grow independent and confident, compassionate individuals. Who Are We Looking For?

What You'll Do :

  • Guiding Classroom Operations : Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience.
  • Building Meaningful Connections : Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.
  • Fostering a Positive Environment : Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • Age : Be a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Certification & Education :

    • Active CDA, College Coursework in ECE, or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE.

  • Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.
  • Experience : 2-3 years in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Training Requirements :

    • Possess CPR and First Aid certification.

  • Pass a Background Check.
  • Shift : Ability to work 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Monday-Friday.
