Senior Manager For International Programs
Reporting to the Director, International Programs, the Senior Manager for International Programs - Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) is primarily responsible for supporting the international pursuits of the RMS Business Area within Lockheed Martin as well as a portion of the RMS Business Area through defense trade, international participation and planning with the United States Government. This position will require frequent interaction with U.S. Government customers and stakeholders, particularly those agencies and officials involved in the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) processes at the Department of War and the Department of State. This role will require close collaboration with colleagues in LMGA, Global Business Development and Strategy (GBDS), RMS, as well as other corporate functions, to ensure consistency in LM's messaging and engagement, and to garner advocacy with U.S. agencies that support international security cooperation, defense exports and controlled trade. This position must work closely with and build strong relationships with the U.S. Government as well as internal functions and is best suited for a candidate with experience supporting strategic and operational government affairs initiatives, has international / regional experience as well as someone who possesses knowledge of Lockheed Martin's international program priorities and supply chain issues. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written, oral and presentation development skills with proven experience supporting senior leadership, demonstrating efficient and effective planning and organizational skills and possessing extraordinary attention to detail. Additionally, this candidate should be team-oriented and mission-focused to enable effective communication with LM Executives and Senior Leaders within the U.S. Government.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday off
