Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development and reporting

Oversee donor CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and generating performance reports

Coordinate individual donor communications and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in nonprofit development or grant management

Experience with foundation and corporate grants, including proposal writing

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines

Familiarity with fundraising CRMs and grants management platforms

Detail-oriented with a proactive and accountable approach
