Job Title: Real Estate Broker

Location: Multiple locations in WA state

Department: North Pacific Properties Real Estate Division

Duties and Responsibilities

· Listing homes for sale on the NWMLS

· Advising the Seller on preparing their home for a listing

· Submitting all offers to the Seller for consideration

· Helping Seller negotiate offers towards mutual acceptance

· Working on the Sellers behalf in coordinating the transaction process

· Working with Buyers to towards finding a home to purchase

· Helping Buyers complete the required purchase agreement forms

· Working with the Buyer on their behalf to negotiate a mutual agreement

· Coordinating inspections, reports, and repair negotiations

· Assisting Buyers through the transaction closing and possession of property

Skills and Qualifications

· Valid Washington State Real Estate Broker License

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
