Role Description
This is a full-time Design Manager role based on-site in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Design Manager will lead and oversee design processes for construction projects, ensure all designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards, and coordinate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors. Responsibilities include the review and approval of design documents, managing design schedules, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved. The Design Manager will also provide leadership and technical guidance to the design team, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the design development phase.
