As Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct all daily maintenance activities, assign tasks and coordinate Electro / Mechanical Tech and Machine Maintenance resources to maximize plant uptime. A key part of this role is assisting production management with equipment operation and training, managing all on-site maintenance functions, and continually recommending process improvements company wide.
The ideal candidate will have :
Expertise in Diagnosing and Repairing Complex Systems : Demonstrated proficiency in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC manufacturing equipment, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), motor control systems, and intricate mechanical assemblies.
PLC / HMI / PC Programming Skills : Experience in programming and integrating PLCs and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), with capability extending to PC-based control systems.
Power and Electrical Systems : Extensive practical experience with three-phase power distribution and a comprehensive range of control voltages.
Tool and Equipment Mastery : Skilled in the effective use of all standard machine and fabrication shop tools, as well as specialized testing and measuring equipment essential for the repair and maintenance of electromechanical control systems.
The pay range for this role is $28HR to $33HR DOE
