[job_card.job_description]Regularly assessing patient pain for effective management. Performing medical procedures as directed and documenting care thoroughly. Responding promptly to patient requests and proactively addressing their needs. Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies. Guiding on non-medicinal follow-up measures such as lifestyle changes and disease prevention. Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current licensure as a registered nurse in practice state, or an active compact license. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
