Responding promptly to patient requests and proactively addressing their needs. Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies. Guiding on non-medicinal follow-up measures such as lifestyle changes and disease prevention. Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current licensure as a registered nurse in practice state, or an active compact license. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
