Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Design Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Architecture & Design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of store design prototypes aligned with marketing and brand strategies

Create effective processes to support corporate growth goals for new stores and remodels

Integrate store design processes with related functional areas to achieve design excellence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Retail Design, Architecture, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum 8 years of experience in leading design projects focused on customer experiences, preferably in retail

Minimum 8 years of experience in managing a design team required

Current license to practice architecture in a relevant state preferred

Current certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards preferred
