Overview

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate – 2-5 years of experience. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their growing IP Litigation team. This is a unique opportunity with a leading law firm offering a collaborative and inclusive environment. The position is open to candidates in Austin, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. . Vacancy : IP Litigation Associate

  • Experience : 2-5 years
  • Salary : $235-$365K
  • Firm : AM100
  • Location : Washington, D.C. (open to Austin or Chicago)

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including court submissions, discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work.

    • Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering , or material sciences is strongly preferred.
  • Industry experience in semiconductors, computers, networking , or software is a plus.
  • Must be barred and in good standing in the state of practice. USPTO admission is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills , writing ability , and an excellent academic record are critical.
