Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Slab Will Call Desk

Schedule : Must be open to working all hours of operation - will be scheduled a 5 day / 40hr work shift

Join a leading tile and stone distributor as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Slab Will Call Desk. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment. You’ll assist walk-in customers, manage inquiries via phone and email, and ensure smooth order processing while working closely with the showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
