Senior Director of Client Success

A company is looking for a Sr Dir, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive account plan creation and client growth strategy in collaboration with Sales, Strategy, and Operations

Lead a team to manage key performance metrics and improve client satisfaction and retention

Implement client risk mitigation strategies and ensure timely contract renewals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in customer management within a healthcare environment

Minimum 10 years of demonstrated knowledge in the healthcare industry, specifically in revenue cycle expertise

High emotional intelligence with the ability to create alignment across cross-functional teams

Self-starter with the aptitude to work autonomously and mentor teams

Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and new technologies for efficiency improvements
