Key Responsibilities

Oversee company-wide operations, execution, and alignment with strategic goals

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure operational efficiency and cost management

Lead cross-functional initiatives and support financial planning and metrics tracking

Required Qualifications

Technical background in engineering, data, or infrastructure

MBA from a top-tier business school

8+ years of experience in operations roles within infra / SaaS companies and management consulting

Experience in high-growth and ambiguous environments

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
