We are a well-established insurance office based in Signal Hill serving a loyal and diverse client base. We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and professional environment.

Office Assistant duties

Managing incoming calls and messages with confidence and efficiency

Completing administrative duties such as policy servicing and data entry

Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and basic AI platforms

Following up on client requests and helping maintain a smooth workflow

Assisting the Agency Producer with daily tasks, follow-ups, and file updates

Recent Farmers Insurance experience is a huge plus

Willing to become Licensed in 60 days

Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs and basic AI platforms

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
