    • Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Associate Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Associate Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where children can explore, learn, and thrive.

    Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing daily activities.
  • Maintain a nurturing, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  • Support childrens social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to prepare materials, observe children, and document progress.
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members.
  • Uphold state licensing regulations and center policies.

    • Qualifications

    Per New Hampshire Child Care Licensing standards :

  • Must be at least 18 years old .
  • Completion of at least 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education or experience equivalent per NH licensing requirements.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Background check and health requirements as mandated by NH licensing.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
