• Description : VES is seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation amp Pension exams Separation Health Assessments across the country. Current Openings : VES locations no own officeFlagstaff- 2 days per week needed- provider must live within 50 mile radiusSierra VIsta- 2 days per week needed- provider must live within 30 mile radiusProvider’s own office locations- Provider must have their own officeTuba City / Chinle- 1 day per week- 50 mile radius requiredNogales- 2 days per week needed- 40 mile radius required Safford- 2 days per week needed- 50 mile radius required Payson- 1 / 2 day per week needed- 50 mile radius required Details : PLEASE READ ATTACHED PRACTICE DESCIPTION TO UNDERSTAND THE ROLE FULLYVeterans Evaluation Services VES a Maximus company is a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans.Need is on a PRN basis ongoingOption to work ½ days4-hours and / or full days8-hoursOne-Time non-treatment CampP exams separation health assessmentsExams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment : range of motion testing muscle strength testing.No prescribing no treatmentQuick credentialing amp onboarding Willing to accept these specialties : family medicineinternal medicineorthopedic surgeryanyone with a background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension.RATE STRUCTURE FOR PRESENTATIONS :
• Hourly Overtime Holiday rates are NOT applicable with VES. All Gen Med providers must follow the rate structure below.Half-day Rate - 600 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTDaily Rate - 1200 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTBonus - one time bonus of 650 for completing all required training and performing first examsLocal candidates only travel included in ratesPlease note : Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis addendums medical opinions and reading diagnostics This will not be paid outside of the ½ day or full day rate.Client does not reimburse for DMA certifications or the portal training before starting.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
