Established group - hot spot restaurant in Weston area - high energy casual is looking for a strong practical experience AGM to run the day-to-day operations. Hospitality first, Strong service & beverage acumen required. SOP & top-line focused. Passion for training and develop.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all specifications are noted.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables with a smile.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process payments and manage cash registers responsibly.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area tidy and organized.
