The Office of the City Clerk records and manages the city's legislative and official proceedings, provides administrative support, and serves as the liaison between the Norfolk City Council and Norfolk's Citizens. The Office of the City Clerk also serves as the custodian of Norfolk's Historic Mace and City Seal. The City of Norfolk's City Clerk's office is seeking a casual part-time Administrative and Editorial Support to provide comprehensive support to the City Clerk's office by managing official records, coordinating boards and commissions, handling public inquiries, and ensuring clear and professional communications.
Department Hourly Rate : $20.00
