Our client, a leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support core financial operations, lease administration activities, and recurring reconciliation processes in Walnut Creek, CA . This is a full-time, hybrid position working 1-3 days / week onsite and operating Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm . This position starts as a 4-month contract opportunity and pays $29-31 per hour based on experience. This role offers the chance to support key financial processes, work closely with a senior analyst, and contribute to a variety of project-based initiatives throughout the year. The Financial Analyst will manage routine AP workflows, assist with lease administration, support annual CAM reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly Accounts Payable (AP) packages, including invoice review, coding, and preparation for client approval.
- Perform financial reconciliation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support lease administration duties, including maintaining data, reviewing documentation, and assisting with related financial processes.
- Assist with annual CAM reconciliations from January through June for the prior year.
- Contribute to project-based financial analysis after reconciliation season.
- Work independently to process, organize, and validate large data sets.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and support reporting efforts for the senior analyst.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and problem-solving activities as needed.
