In this position, you'll:

• Be a champion for patient care, reviewing treatment requests with a focus on medical necessity.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to analyze treatment plans and ensure they align with best practices.
• Collaborate with providers to determine the most effective treatment options.
• Become a trusted resource for your team, providing clinical oversight and guidance.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

You're a great fit if you have:

• A current and active RN or LPN license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (direct patient care, administrative, or a combination)
• Nice To Have: A strong understanding of workers' compensation and/or utilization management principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
