Summary

Assistant Financial Counselor

Position Highlights :

• The Assistant Financial Counselor is responsible for coordinating the patient flow throughout the Business Office and responsible for answering clinic calls from the main Business Office phone line.
• This position will triage patient inquiries while maintaining front desk duties such as reviewing and scanning financial assistance applications, initiating estimates, itemized billing requests, address updates, in addition to responding to simple patient account inquiries.
• The position will also provide coverage for the information desk by welcoming patients, guests, and staff.
