The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique challenges of construction workforce management. You'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and securing the best talent for both site-based and office-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers and leadership to identify hiring needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
• Source skilled professionals - including engineers, supervisors, operators, and tradespeople.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming projects.
• Attend recruitment events at NAU, ASU, High Schools, and other events.
• Performance and training opportunities to advance our current staff.

Skills & Experience

• Must have a strong understanding of Civil Construction and craft workers.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction roles and workforce structures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software (e.g., Indeed, Applicant Pro, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Bilingual is preferred.
