Here’s what we need :

We’re looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy’s recipes.

What you’ll be doing :

• Guest Interaction : Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation : Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu Knowledge : Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Excellence : Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar Maintenance : Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
