Lo que aportas a la mesa

Como Gerente de Turno, ayudas a liderar un turno exitoso al :

  • Aportar experiencia previa en liderazgo o administración (preferido).
  • Contar con experiencia en servicio al cliente, hospitalidad u operaciones de restaurante, con la capacidad y disposición para apoyar y liderar tanto el frente como la parte trasera del restaurante.
  • Liderar con energía, actitud positiva y consistencia, especialmente durante turnos ocupados y horas pico.
  • Apoyar, orientar y motivar a los miembros del equipo durante todo el turno.
  • Mantener y modelar los estándares diarios de seguridad alimentaria, calidad, limpieza y operación.
  • Delegar responsabilidades de manera efectiva para apoyar un servicio fluido y buenos resultados.
  • Ser responsable de las rutinas de apertura, turno intermedio o cierre, y preparar al siguiente turno para el éxito.
  • Reconocer las contribuciones de los miembros del equipo y celebrar los logros del turno.
  • Comunicarte de manera clara con el equipo y abordar situaciones conforme surjan.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos físicos del puesto, que pueden incluir, pero no se limitan a, permanecer de pie por periodos prolongados, agacharse, girar, estirarse, levantar hasta 55 libras y realizar tareas rutinarias del restaurante, con o sin adaptaciones razonables.
  • Poder obtener y mantener cualquier licencia o certificación de seguridad alimentaria requerida conforme a las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales.
  • Tener al menos 18 años de edad, lo que hace de este puesto una excelente oportunidad para personas que buscan desarrollar experiencia de liderazgo y avanzar en su carrera en restaurantes.
