Room Attendant
The Embassy Suites Los Angeles International Airport South is currently hiring energetic and enthusiastic Room Attendants in Housekeeping. This role is responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned suites and responds to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for the overall cleaning of guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
- Clean guest suites as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
- Reports room as clean and available. Reports maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with hotel standards.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Greet guests immediately with friendly / sincere acknowledgement.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Perform guest turn down service, as needed.
Pay Range : The starting wage for this role is $19.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
