Additional Information :

KIPP Miami offers competitive salaries to newly hired lead teachers. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements. KIPP Miami offers a competitive salary starting at $55000 for first-year teachers. Additional annual compensation is available based on performance extracurricular program leadership school-based leadership and more.
