Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret patient records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care
Process consultant decisions and ensure detailed documentation of denial reasons
Assess and evaluate daily workload to meet departmental demands and improve review processes
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) from Indiana
Certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
3+ years of recent clinical experience in behavior analysis
1+ years of experience in Utilization Management, Utilization Review, or Prior Authorization
