Join Our Medical Communications Team at Parexel as a Senior Program Specialist

Are you a seasoned project manager or account manager with experience in medical communicationsparticularly in publications? We're seeking a Senior Program Specialist to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary publication programs while driving excellence across cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, remote position that may require occasional travel.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Program Specialist, you will :

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define scope, staffing, and project plans.
• Lead kick-off meetings, track progress, and maintain proactive communication with clients and faculty.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Support proposal development and budgeting processes.
• Champion best practices in communication, process efficiency, and team collaboration.
