Forge meaningful relationships with patients and families to support their recovery needs. Collaborate across departments for coordinated patient care, providing hands-on assistance when needed. Act as a resource for your colleagues, guiding them through complex patient situations. Celebrate the achievements and milestones of our patients. Active RN license as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification; ACLS certification is a plus. CRRN certification is preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is favored.
