Production Technician

Position: Production Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.50

Status : Temp-to-Perm

Overtime : Mandatory

Position Overview:

Adecco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team in Fremont, CA. This role involves performing a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on machining ceramic parts. You will receive comprehensive training for each specific process and work closely under the guidance of the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tools such as sanding, grinding, milling, sawing, and measuring equipment to meet customer specifications.

• Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling for processing into semi-densified parts.

• Follow in-housework instructions and adhere to all safety and quality standards.

• Assist with other projects or tasks as needed in different areas of the shop.

• The technician will also be trained in powder handling and loading powder of elastomeric tooling for processing into semi densified parts

• The technician will prepare and join various sizes and shapes of metal and ceramic materials using solder.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proven ability to learn and perform a variety of production duties.

• Flexibility to assist in other areas of the shop as required.

• Must have power tools and hand tools experience

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.50 per hour
