Prudential Advisors is presently looking for an Associate Program Specialist to join the Wealth Consulting Team. This role will report directly to the Program Manager covering Wealth Management and Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze performance data and key metrics
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for individual territories
• Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for Wealth Management and Financial Planning Programs, ensuring presentations align with program objectives, branding and learning standards
• Support meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $89,000.00 to $147,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
