Key Responsibilities

Manage operational excellence for technology delivery and production support

Generate SLA and operational reports for customers and management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in managing a customer-facing production support environment

Experience in delivery management and customer interaction

Experience with healthcare payer platforms and SaaS providers

Strong experience with service management and operational reporting
