Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will play a critical part in shaping and sharing our brand narrative through various communication channels. As a key player in our communications department, you will assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and edit engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Support the execution of internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform our communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative communication campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles.
  • Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure communication performance.
