5+ years of experience as a People Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational drivers in Solutions Engineering and RevOps
Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and organizational health
Exceptional project management skills and experience in executing initiatives
Data-fluent and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
