Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced :

• Case Manager (Behavioral Health)
• on-site position
• Minimum of 2(two) years of experience required working in Case Management with the ID / DD population. Average caseload 35-40 clients at a time.

This is a FULL TIME / LONG TERM TEMP (may work into temp to hire) position requiring availability between the hours of 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM, Monday through Friday, located in Norfolk, VA (23513 ).

Responsibilities :

A Day in the life of a Case Manager (Behavioral Health) :

As a Case Manager (Behavioral Health) you will assist the team in completing assessments, documentation of notes in a timely manner, assist clients in reaching their goals and create new ISPs, as well as link clients to all services available to them. The average caseload is between 35 and 40 clients.
