Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A unique opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide vital support in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers full-time hours covering leave from early April through late May. The role involves working itinerantly across six school sites within the Denver, CO area, supporting approximately 55 students from Pre-K through high school with physical and multiple disabilities ranging from mild to severe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with diverse needs across multiple school locations.
• Collaborate with educational staff to support individualized education program (IEP) goals.
• Utilize expertise in pediatric mobility equipment to enhance student participation and mobility.
• Manage documentation including IEP writing and progress tracking.
• Maintain communication with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
