Position : ALLIED-Certified Cath Lab Tech (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during procedures.

Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the lab.

Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of procedures and patient outcomes.

Document patient information and procedures accurately in medical records.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.

Support the onboarding and training of new Cath Lab staff.

Contribute to departmental meetings and share insights for improvement.

Experience / Qualifications

Must hold an ALLIED certification for Cath Lab Technicians.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a Cath Lab setting.

Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures in medical settings.

Ability to monitor and respond to patient vital signs during procedures.

Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care plans.

Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting Cath Lab equipment.

Ability to document patient information accurately in medical records.

Willingness to contribute insights in departmental meetings for continuous improvement.

Experience in onboarding and training new staff in a Cath Lab environment.
