A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the National After-Hours Team, licensed in PA and NY.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic support and medical care to residents and facility staff after-hours

Coordinate care using a telephonic platform, managing calls between facilities, hospitals, and clinics

Deliver comprehensive assessments and ensure compliance with CMS requirements while documenting encounters in the EMR

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner

Current unrestricted NP license in Pennsylvania, New York, and / or Michigan

Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP

3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Proficient computer skills for documenting medical information in EMR
