The role
As the Staffing & Onboarding Specialist, you help fuel our mission by finding, supporting, and onboarding the providers who make wellness real for our clients.
You’ll staff one time events and ongoing programs, keep our ATS and data tight, and be a trusted resource for providers in the U.S. and Canada.
This is detail-forward work, high-volume at times, and very human.
You will collaborate closely with Sales and help us make good choices rooted in clear data.
Occasional evening or weekend flexibility is needed.
What you’ll do
Staff and manage wellness providers for events + programs
Send outreach and recruiting communications
Call / text / email with providers
Keep accurate records in our ATS
Track conversion metrics + share insights
Onboard new providers in the U.S. and Canada
Meet with Sales to understand upcoming hiring needs
Build talent pipelines in tougher-to-staff regions
Support our providers with care, clarity, and responsiveness
Work Monday–Friday, 9 : 00am–5 : 30pm PST

Requirements
1–3 years professional recruiting and sourcing experience
Able to manage high volume + changing priorities
BA preferred
Clear written and verbal communication
Your own laptop
Reliable high-speed internet (we will verify)
