Security Officer - Flex Unarmed Patrol

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your presence will support a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will embody our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork, acting with integrity and putting people first as you interact with the community and respond to security-related needs.

Pay Rate : $16.45 / Hour

Time : Tue 11 : 59 PM - 08 : 00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within the healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons, to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as specified by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
