Mortgage Processing Team Lead

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processing Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in training and coaching Processors while ensuring loan files meet regulatory standards

Lead a team of up to 10 Processors and assist with their daily pipeline management

Process loan applications, clear conditions, and maintain confidentiality of client files

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in processing and / or reverse mortgage

Solid working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)

Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

High energy and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Experience in customer service and analytical skills
