Trade Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Trade Compliance (MENA).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end process of product clearance and ensure compliance with local regulations

Act as the subject matter expert on prohibited ingredients and collaborate with government regulators for product registration

Develop trade compliance policies, conduct internal training, and drive process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

At least 8+ years of experience with regulatory policies and laws

Bachelor's degree or equivalent compliance experience

Solid knowledge of compliance, tariff classification, and product compliance

Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not mandatory

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
