Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA) – West Contra Costa County, CA

Position : Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA)

Locations : Richmond, San Pablo

Schedule : Part-Time (3 : 00 p.m. – 8 : 00 p.m.)

Setting : Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Pay Incentives Starting Now!

$36–$43 / hour based on experience

Bonus : Effective November 16th

Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday) :

➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

Effective December 1st

• Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6 : 00 PM or later :

➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

What You'll Do

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians

Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent progress

Maintain clinical quality and data-driven outcomes

What You Need

Master's degree (or in progress) in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience

Valid California driver's license and auto insurance

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
