[job_card.job_description]A modern and welcoming boutique office in Brickell, Miami A supportive team environment that values your contributions Answer overflow of calls and texts Schedule appointments, collecting payments, entering payments Assist in presenting treatment plans Assist in insurance coordination Assist in communicating with other dental offices that refer patients Assist in other secretarial tasks (using excel, etc.) Assist in setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays and CBCTs Communicating with materials / equipment vendors etc. Assist in buying materials, mailing documents, etc. Excellent communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish) Basic mathematical skills Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detailed oriented Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc. A team player with good references (trustworthy, reliable, energetic, fast-learner) A motivated individual who brings professionalism, positive energy Top-notch customer service skills Familiarity with compliance of HIPPA, OSHA and infection control regulations Previous dental office experience Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Potential Bonus based on performance
