[job_card.job_description]Practice Setting- Inpatient & Outpatient Patient Per Shift- Clinic 20, Hospital 1-2 3 deliveries per day No. of exam rooms- 12 OB / GYNs in your group : 5 Total number of beds : 350 Trauma level III Low risk pregnancy Pt s with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc. High risk pregnancy Pt. s with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc. FHR interpretation NST / CST / FSE OB ultrasounds - Level I / screening (viability) & Level II / targeted (anatomic) Routine delivery Vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section Complicated delivery C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc. VBAC s Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office / minor gynecology IUD, Cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology open Laparoscopic diagnostic / minor only tubal ligation, LOA s, chronal tubation & Operative / major (includes diagnostic) ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA s Board Certified, Active CO license BLS, ACLS NRP Clean Malpractice Covid Vaccinated

- Clinic + Call
- Clinic Mon-Thur is 9a 4 : 30p and Fri is 9a 3 : 30p.
- 24 hour call from 7am Sunday 7am Monday.
- Call-back Percentage- Weekdays 2%, Weekend 5%, OB 20%, GYN 80%
