We’re looking for a driven, business‑minded, and results‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. If you have the sales skills, leadership experience, and hunger for success, this is your chance to earn $100,000 – $150,000+ per year and build a legacy in the fitness industry.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

  • Drive Club Growth – Prospect, sell, and expand membership every day.
  • Maximize Revenue & Profitability – Sell memberships, training programs, and services to hit aggressive revenue goals.
  • Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team – Recruit, train, and inspire staff to deliver an elite‑level member experience.
  • Dominate the Competition – Own your market, outwork competitors, and set the standard for high‑performing clubs.
  • Run the Business Like It’s Yours – Manage operations, customer service, and financial performance with an owner’s mindset.
