Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Documentation Clerk to join our team. The Documentation Clerk at Frazer reports to the Quality Control Supervisor , and is responsible for delivering accurate photos, digital content, wiring diagrams, and documentation that support customers and Frazer's internal teams.

What Does a Week in the Life of the Documentation Clerk Look Like?

  1. What Does a Week in the Life of the Documentation Clerk Look Like?

    1. Capture clear and precise photos of the Frazer product lifecycle and label and upload them to Google Drive.

    2. Communicate the progress of the product lifecycle to customers via email.

    3. Accurately record and locate serialized items for each unit.

    4. Retrieve and manage production prints, warranty documents, and manuals for each unit, creating relevant digital content.

    5. Update calendars by tracking daily tasks and maintaining pre- and post-production photos.

    6. Provide accurate electrical compartment wiring diagrams.

    7. Verify the correctness of all content and information before customer use.

    8. Efficiently use software such as Word, Acrobat, Illustrator, Google Drive, Syteline ERP, and email.

    9. Seek and recommend productivity improvements by suggesting or implementing policy and process enhancements.

    10. Thoroughly analyze and complete job assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.

    11. Driving non-emergency EMS vehicles onsite to photograph progress and delivery, and utilizing video and photography to document both standard vehicle features and optional equipment.

    12. Operate emergency service vehicles on Frazer property.

    13. Exercise good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues and projects.

    14. Update and create Frazer forms as needed, including warranty statements and manuals.

    15. Clock in and out of job tasks daily.

    16. Complete tasks independently within established time goals.

    17. Ensure all tasks are signed off upon completion.

    18. Attend all mandatory meetings.

    19. Approve your timesheet every Sunday evening.

    20. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • Valid state driver's license with a good driving record
  • 12 years of documentation experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree

  • 35 years of documentation experience

Software Knowledge

Also, here are a few software packages that the Documentation Clerk would eventually need to be versed in. Don't worry . . . we expect some on-the-job training.

  • Google G-Suite (Gmail, Documents, Drive, Spreadsheets, etc.)

  • UKG (HRIS)

  • Acrobat

  • Illustrator

  • Syteline ERP

Oh, and $alary

Of course, we didn't forget the salary Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $19.00- $27.00 per hour depending on education, certifications, and experience.

Work Schedule

Documentation Clerk will work Monday-Friday 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM . Occasional evening/weekend work may be needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
