Reservation Sales Associate

A company is looking for a Reservation Sales Associate to handle inbound reservation calls either from home or in the Omaha, NE office.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer inquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle requests in a professional manner

Manage sales calls, make phone reservations, and adjust or cancel reservations as needed

Assist with the enrollment in the Select Guest program and respond effectively to all inquiries

Required Qualifications and Training

Demonstrated passion for the hotel and resort business

Ability to maintain confidentiality and show receptiveness to coaching

Experience working independently and as part of a team

Intermediate experience with basic computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

Must have a working PC or laptop that meets specified technical requirements
