Entry-Level Construction Accountant – Full Time

Location : Chicago, IL | On-Site

Francis Construction Group is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented college graduate to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who values long-term career growth, stability, and consistency — not just a job. If you enjoy becoming skilled in your role and contributing to a team over time, this could be the perfect fit. (If you get bored quickly or tend to change jobs often, this may not be the right role.)

What You’ll Do :

  • Learn QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks
  • Assist with certified payroll & union reporting
  • Support bank reconciliations
  • Help with accounts payable & receivable
  • Track job costs & maintain records
